This is one of those shoots that you can’t really call an engagement shoot, they’re getting married in just 4 weeks! So this is a couples portrait, sounds good doesn’t it? Original.
Caleb and Chloe are getting married next month and I can’t wait for it. They are a lovely, friendly couple that love a bit of adventure and fun. We met for a pre-wedding (couples) shoot about 2 weeks ago. They are keen walkers, something I didn’t actually know about them. I should have guessed they were when they asked if we could meet at Coaley Peak viewpoint in Dursley for our couples shoot, it overlooks the whole of Wales, part of Ireland and Weston-Super-Mare…
We took a little stroll (it was like a hike for me) and took some photos as we walked. In my defence I was carrying some gear so me being more tired than them was to be expected, it’s not a fitness thing… We met a stray dog and a man looking for his dog which had been lost for a couple of months. The dog and the man were not a match sadly, but that gives you an idea how far into the wilderness we were.
Anyway, there we were on the mountain, overlooking most of the UK, oxygen masks and everything 😉 getting some great shots. Me and Caleb talking photography gear, (he’s a camera man), and Chloe pretending to be interested I think! It was great, they were great. Bring on the wedding day!
