Honestly, you leave a wedding like this with your heart full! What a fantastic day – stunning people, lovely people. The Love and joy could be felt and seen all day long. This is humanity at it’s best! Ok that’s a bit gushy, and I don’t get gushy too often, but this wedding really moved me and I loved it.
Emma and Richard’s Higher Eggbeer Farm wedding was one of the finest events I’ve been to, let alone photographed. To begin with these guys were just lovely, down to earth, straight talking and genuine, I picked that up from our first Skype call about a year ago and I liked that. They knew what was important to them and they built their whole celebration around that (When you are planning your wedding day it’s a very good idea to do that by the way!). The venue at Higher Eggbeer Farm felt like it was almost made for them, and what a venue it was, and what smashing people running it too, as friendly as they come.
The day flowed seamlessly, from one part of the day to the next, it just flowed. I over-shot all day long and ended up with an incredible amount of images to share with the couple.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma and Richard for choosing me to photograph your wedding day, it was a privilege and a lot of fun. I’m not surprised that so many people, from all over the world, came to celebrate with you both. I wished a couple of times that I was in the group shot – one of the family, in the band if you know what I mean…?
So here is a whole load of images from the day, lots and lots actually. Take your time, it’s a story.
Venue: Higher Eggbeer Farm
