I do love a sparkler exit, but this one was a little different. It was a sparkler entrance and it worked really well! Ashley and Robbie decided to do their entrance into the wedding breakfast at Kingscote Barn with a sparkler tunnel. It was the perfect way to welcome your guests into the wedding breakfast! I must admit I have seen some good sparkler exits and I’ve seen some bad ones. The thing that is always needed with these is a bit of planning and someone who knows what they are doing. The guys at Kingscote Barn know what’s needed and they had, on hand, the essential tool – a blow torch! Yes, without the blow torch the sparklers take too long to light meaning half of them have gone out by the time the last guests have their sparklers lit! I have considered getting a blow torch for my camera bag a number of times, just feels a bit weird having a blowtorch next to all my camera gear, doesn’t look right.
Maybe a youtube tutorial for sparkler tunnels is needed – maybe I can get Robbie and Ashley to do it all again, but with video this time and a step by step walk through?
